Learning to recognize high frequency words is a valuable resource in helping children to develop as readers and writers. The following word lists consist of words that your child will encounter at WDPS. Our goal is to help him/her recognize them quickly and record them efficiently. Your child’s teacher can help you to determine which word list is right for your child.
