Dear Washington Drive,
April is shaping up to be an exciting month at WDPS! We're kicking things off with our Green Week Celebration, which includes an Earth Day Sing-Along. Thanks to the generous support of the Penny Club, a local community organization, we will be planting 50 trees on the WDPS property! Students will also attend a Limb Kind Assembly, where they will learn about limb differences and have the opportunity to meet some truly inspiring individuals who live with these differences. Additionally, we'll be celebrating Purple Up for Military Children and recognizing World Autism Awareness Day. Get ready for a month full of learning, fun, and meaningful experiences for our students!
A quick reminder that school will be closed on Monday, March 31st in observance of Eid.
